Mortgage and Wombles

My MFI5 challenge finished at the end of August and despite temping for the year I still managed to overpay by £1400 bringing the grand total of overpayments for the 5 years to £18,400!!

Now, although I didn't pay off the entire mortgage I have managed to pay off just over half of it in that time!! I am well chuffed!!

So....as I still have half left to pay I am embarking on another MFI5 challenge - let the games commence!

Oh, the decluttering is going well too with over 100 sales on Ebay so far this year....still lots to go but I have several clear rooms now :)
